We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy within 5 days of receiving your order.

If the item(s) you received are damaged, defective, or do not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange within 5 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  2. The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.
  3. Exchange requests will be processed based on product availability. If the desired item is not available.
  4. Shipping charges for returning the item(s) and sending the exchanged item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Return Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, our exchange policy allows you to swap the item(s) for another product within the specified time frame.
